Common questions
Pricing, sync, platforms, beta access, and how your data stays yours.
Everything else you're wondering
Is Pueblo CRM a subscription?
No. Pueblo CRM is free to download with a 30-day trial. One in-app purchase unlocks editing permanently — no subscription, no per-seat pricing. When the trial ends, your records remain available to read and export.
How does sync work?
Pueblo CRM syncs through your private CloudKit database, keeping your data consistent across the Mac and iPhone signed into the same Apple ID. There are no Pueblo servers and no account or login required. Your trial start is also stored there, so one trial applies across your devices and survives reinstalling.
Does Pueblo CRM work offline?
Yes. Your records are cached on-device for responsive use, including offline, and CloudKit sync catches up when your connection returns.
What platforms are supported?
Pueblo CRM is currently in TestFlight for macOS and iOS. iPad support is planned for shortly after the App Store release.
How do I join the beta?
Go to the beta page, request an invite, and join the TestFlight program when access is approved. The App Store release is coming very soon.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export clients, contacts, and leads to CSV at any time — including after the trial ends, when records remain readable and exportable.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account via your private CloudKit database, cached on your devices. Pueblo CRM does not operate its own servers.
How can an AI assistant work with my Pueblo data?
Pueblo connects to the assistant you already use through MCP (Model Context Protocol). Turn it on in Pueblo Settings, then ask your assistant to connect it or add the connection manually. Access is opt-in and works with the records on your Mac and your private CloudKit database — no new account or server.
Is there still a command-line interface?
Yes. A pueblo CLI with the same access remains available for power users and lives in its own repo during the beta: github.com/ShawnCrawford/pueblo-cli. MCP is now the recommended way to connect an AI assistant.
How can I contact support?
