FAQ
Pueblo CRM uses iCloud to keep your data in sync across your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Check that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID, confirm iCloud Drive is enabled, make sure you have a network connection, wait a moment for sync, then restart the app.
Yes. Pueblo CRM is built for Apple platforms and works across Mac and iPhone, with iCloud keeping everything in sync when you use the same Apple ID.
Email support@pueblocrm.com with what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce. Feature requests are welcome in the same inbox.
First close and reopen Pueblo CRM. If the issue continues, restart your device and open Pueblo CRM again. If it is still stuck, contact support and include what screen you were on when it happened.
Release notes are shown in TestFlight or the App Store when a new build is available. You can also check the What's New section on this page.
You can keep using Pueblo CRM normally, and iCloud sync catches up when your connection returns.
