Overview

Pueblo CRM is an Apple-native CRM and journal app that uses iCloud to keep your information in sync across your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

Information you create in the app

You may choose to store information such as:

• Client, contact, and lead details (for example names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes)
• Journal entries and related business notes
• Links and metadata you create (tags, relationships, categories)

iCloud sync

Pueblo CRM uses iCloud to sync your data across your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID. Synced data is stored in your iCloud account and processed by Apple's iCloud services.

TestFlight beta data (Apple)

If you use Pueblo CRM through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects and shares beta-related information with us, such as crash logs and usage information. If you submit feedback through TestFlight, Apple shares that feedback with us as well. This information may be associated with your name and email address.

Beta waitlist (Microsoft Forms)

If you join the Pueblo CRM beta waitlist on our website, you submit your information through a Microsoft Form. We use the information you provide (typically your email address) to:

• manage the waitlist, and
• send TestFlight invitations and beta-related updates.

Microsoft processes form submissions according to Microsoft's privacy statement and applicable Microsoft 365 service terms.

Support communications

If you email support, we receive the information you include (such as your email address and any details you send). We use this information only to respond and provide support.

Permissions and optional access

Pueblo CRM only requests device permissions when you use a feature that needs them, and you can change permissions in device Settings at any time.

Planned features (not necessarily available in the current version):

• Contacts: import or link contact information.
• Photos: attach images to records.
• Files: attach documents to records.
• Calendar and Reminders: create and link events or reminders related to clients.

When these features ship, this policy will be updated as needed.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

• via iCloud for syncing (Apple),
• through TestFlight beta services (Apple), and
• as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete records within the app. If you use iCloud sync, deletion and availability across devices depend on iCloud syncing and your iCloud account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do.
